Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns on products within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached. All sale items and items bought on promotion are final sales. 

For items purchased at a third-party vendor such as a local boutique, the customer must return the product to that store according to their return/exchange policy.

The original shipping on an order is non-refundable and we do not offer free shipping on returns. We will refund the value of your returned items (less the return fee) using the same payment method initially used for the purchase. International sales are final and no return will be accepted.

To start a return, you can contact us at  info@blueforestbaby.com. Once your returned items are received, we will process the refund to the original form of payment.
